sure

Tanev for Nylander...

just remember the Canucks will send Virtanen to keep Tanev company, and the Canuck's 1st round pick in 2019.

and the Canucks can retain 2.0M of Tanev salary - 'cause he's likely to only play a 1/2 to 2/3 of the season

I think that might work.

Callander Bay on Nip is where i grew up fishing.. That lake has changed so much since i was a kid.. I can't speak to it's fisheries anymore, but it was fantastic growing up in Callander. The MNR even netted a Musky that bottomed out a 70lb scale. I used to swim in there all the time lol.. kinda crazy when i think about it..

Nos is not my favourite lake.. My parents have a cottage on Nos.. It's completely fished out of giant musky.. You'll catch 50 hammer-handles before you catch a big one. Fun lake to sea-doo around on tho

If you really wan't have fun with musky, Chalk River/Petawawa area offers some good opportunities..

- Arctic_AARDVARK

Yeah...that's why I mentioned it. Nossi was fantastic when Birch Hill was allowed to raise and stock walleye on the own - like a put and take fishery. All the other lodges and camps chipped in. Then the MNR said - nope - can't do that anymore...the walleye fishery is self sustaining, and stocking walleye every year is impacting the baitfish population. Fishing has declined since then...except the smallies which are stupid there, simply because they aren't targeted at all.

Tampa has won a cup.....

and Nsh has just came onto the scene of top teams and have been pretty damn close. They lossed 4-2 to Pitt...They easily could of won that series as well.

There are plenty of ways to build a team and to say one way is right is ignorant. The Leafs are building a skilled team just like Pitt..

- Santo_44

If you examine history, there's a lot of things that happen repeatedly. The Leafs trying to do it "the Pittsburgh way" are lacking Crosby and Malkin. Kinda big difference makers, one of which being the best player of his generation.

.and they showed you do not need grit to win. Three times.

the hawks proved that too.

Bullpoop. Both teams had gritty players, especially the Blackhawks. Quite a few of them too.

Smallies really are super hard to kill...

Once they invade a lake, it's game over for natural trout populations..

I get why you can't just stock lakes, it's heavily managed by the ministry. All the rednecks would get super protective of the lakes they stocked etc.. Theres places in Quebec where you "join a club" and pay $10 for a map and it shows like 40 lakes stocked in the back-country with trout.. a neat idea..Ontario rednecks have no chill i find.

Ladd, Buff, Eager, Brouwer, Seabrook, Madden, Bolland, Burish, Bickell, Boynton, Sharp (kinda), Toews is pretty gritty which gets forgotten because of his skill, Shaw, Hjalmarsson, Carcillo...

You are wrong like always.

And with your unwillingness to ever say you are wrong in the past, your opinion holds no credibility to me. But keep going if you want to give everyone a good laugh on this fine Saturday afternoon.

Got a take out restaurant for ya Toolsie - but you may have eaten there already.
Over at the James Snow plaza. Yeh Cheez - Pakastani food. Tried it for the first time last night. Had the green chutney chicken Malai Boti wrap with home made paratha bread. It was freaking awesome...so tasty. Think I might go again tonight.

Give it a shot if you haven't already.

Ill definitely try it out. We had Tazaxpress in that same plaza and it was actually pretty good. The falafel, chicken tawook and kebab were all spot on. Gonna try the philly cheesesteak next time.

99% of his comments are stupid.

You will say something to prove him wrong and he will say it is not wrong because he says so.

Or will list a group of players that are either not gritty(Teows, Sharp) or players that were bad players and were out of the league by the time they were 30(Eager, Carcillo,Sopel), or are overpaid useless players at 30(Ladd, Shaw) And will say he is right even though he is wrong.

He will probably try and comment on this post crying that he is right....and we will all laugh at him. It is a cycle

Garbage call. Detroit player pushed himself into the goalie. Should be goalie interference.
