Not happening. Not compared to the other possible offers out there. LA isn't getting out of cap hell getting the Leafs to take their older slower more expensive players for Nylander. Carolina alone can offer up a better deal.

How things are developing now, Leafs could be lucky to get Matthews & Marner for under 22million combined caphit.. Try to save a few 100k this off-season, and end up paying 4million more (in caphit). What a joke.
