I dunno. The Pens are making boneheaded plays.

2nd goal was awful in zone play. Dumo chases the puck carrier behind the net and JJ went for a hit below the goal line while all the forwards were puck watching and dude in front got the tip.

3rd goal was a bad pinch that led to a 3 on kind of 3 where guys were racing from the bench to get into position and dude just split the D to get a clean tip.

Not really sure how much of it was Murray’s fault I just feel like the Pens as a whole look like hot garbage.

I'm tired of finding excuses for MM...when MAF was in there ..it was everything ppl could do to throw him under the bus. The (frank)ing goalie is part of the team...he has to make some saves sometimes...bail his (frank)in d out the odd time.

They can make lateral moves for players of similar attributes. They don't need be upgrades. Just new hungry players. Fresh starts.

If he were on his angle he would have been able to absorb that shot in his chest and either smothered it or at least be able to scramble in the scrum. Instead he has to reach to make a blocker save with no control right on to Tkatchuks stick.

Second goal was a good tip.

Murray is absolute crap this year. He was crap last year. I don’t know what happened between raising the cup in Nashville and here, maybe the concussions, but he isn’t an NHL goalie anymore.
