It doesnt fit that to me. Its no more a sport than any Drama on TV. Something that is predetermined cant be considered competitive either.

I dont think anyone ever called pro-wrestling a sport but to say the performers that do it dont have physical or athletic prowess is not something I agree with.

I guarntee you being a WWE wrestler is harder on the body , physically and mentally, then getting paid to stand around for 9 innings of baseball.

Calling for Dave Hakstol’s head aside, I do want Ron Hextall to be active at this season’s trade deadline no matter what position we are in within the standings. From my understanding Weal, Raffl, Lehtera and Laughton all need new contracts. I think in the coming offseason the Flyers have a real opportunity to straighten the bottom six. I still would like to keep Simmonds and I would like to see our forward depth get much deeper. The call up of Aube-Kubel has been somewhat enjoyable.

This offseason I’m hoping Weal, Raffl, Folin And Lehtera are gone. I’m also hoping Hextall is considering buying out one of MacDonald or Weise. A lot of money is coming off the books this summer.

2 of them were stoppable...one of those nights but yes big comeback by the phantoms punctuated by Cole Bardreau missing his check in spectacular fashion...slamming into the boards hard and seemingly concussing himself.
