That was brutal, f*cking brutal. Should be fun to see Brooksy & Tiny Jump's positive narrative spin on that train wreck.

Ya.
After reading Green saying he doesn't view Gaunce as a Center and is going to continue with Granny and his 30% win percentage.
I'm just waiting until they gather enough top 10 picks before they even try to win.
Something has got to be done to avoid the massive amount of injuries every year. - manvanfan
Some players are injury prone... some just get unlucky.
Tanev and Edler out 40-60 games a season on durability issues. Beartchi suffers fluke injuries. Broken jaw,,, concussion from cheap head shot....
Management needs to flush some of the injury prone players.
Gaunce was a set of fresh legs who played good in his two games. Provides better D than many over extended bottom 6 player currently. Markstrom needed an earlier break and it was a poor decision to try and get all the way through the road trip with him. I find those two things a little frustrating.

I don't blame Green for riding Markstrom. Knowing Nilsson will be ready in 2-3 more games he was hoping Markstrom would last.
I knew Bachman was going to be absolutely brutal. He was letting in 6 goals a game in Utica in every game he played.
Green was just saying cmon two more games. |

Granlund is a better winger. Id rather granny play winger in the top 6 then Schaller, Leipsic, Motte, Roussel |

So why did he play Bachman in the end instead of picking an earlier start? Why didnt he just play Markstrom? Because Markstrom couldnt take the load? Or was Markstrom slighty injured? Either way... miscalculation.

Yeah and I was right they should have been moved 4 years ago. Gaunce won't be a Canuck next year. |

I could see it if Markstrom was hot and on a big win streak but when half your team is injured what’s the point. - thundachunk

He was in survival mode not playoff mode. Bachman is useless . He had a better chance sticking John Garret in there. - VANTEL

Perhaps they shouldn't of used frequent flyer therapy for Demko's concussion. |

Because he seen Markstrom hit the wall against the Rangers. He lloked okay in Buffalo. He was trying to get it until they got home and Nilsson could step in. He needed one more game out of Markstrom but it wasn't there. |

Demko is not NHL ready. You are probably right about the flying part but Demko is not close yet. He gives up bunches of goals at a time when he gets rattled. |
