He battled heroine addiction for years. And lost.

Breath man! He said 8.5-9 % of the cap ....that's 6.7 to 7.1 mil per year. The 6.5-7.0 Milly range is all he's been saying is fair. WN would be good value at those numbers over 6,7 or 8 years. Whether Dubas thinks he can make it work with MM and AM ....only Dubas knows.
