So he didn't want to end up on an arch rivals 4th line again?

I admittedly don't know anything about his play or struggles this season, but he really showed up in the playoffs for the Leafs last year. Helped make a series out of it. It's crazy we're just over a month into the following season and that's it? There's gotta be something more going on. I'll wait for EKs unconfirmed roomers later today.
