That may end up being true, but as of now he's fine. His positioning is sound, he's pretty much square to shooters and rebound control is ok. Lateral movement may be a bit slow or clunky but he's not over-pursuing. We'll see how it works out.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that he’s probably a little better now that he’s not washing down pills with a couple cases of beer a day like he was in Buffalo. Hopefully he stays on the straight and narrow and keeps it up. Rooting for the guy he has been great so far. All due respect to Ek I appreciate him writing blogs for us but I have no idea how anyone could find a problem in the way the guy has played for us so far? That game last night did not end in a loss because of Lehner. Not even close.

Really appreciate the blog EK, thank you. I don't know if others feel this way, but I actually think Lehner has been the better goaltender overall. Don't get me wrong Greiss has been playing great. But in a big game, I think I have to go with Lehner on that one. Not that I think we could go wrong with either one. Jeez...could you imagine if we actually had an absolute stud of a goaltender. Like Rinne, Bob etc. That would actually be scary.

For any of those moron Bailey haters that are still finding ways to claim he sucks. He doesn't. He honestly just doesnt. Im so happy for him. The guy looks like he could carry this team if need be. Lets just hope Barzal and Beau start getting it going. Would be nice to see the young kids starting to turn it up.

Nick Leddy. What the hell we going to do with him? Goddamn. I'm kinda hoping Trotz sits him in the press box for a game or 4. Let Toews see some action and see how he handles it. I'd also like to Michael Dal Colle get called up, considering he looks like an entirely new player. Let's hope this sticks and he just needed extra time to develop properly.

I mean, look how long it took Bailey to become the player he is today.

The kid's only 22 (23 soon). He's a big body with some mobility issues (much like many other big men). Look how long it took Bertuzzi to become what he became. We'll see what happens.
