I like him on that line, but if I were GM, I'd offer him a year, and if he'd rather make more money for more years elsewhere, let him walk and give Olofsson a shot on the right, or try to sign Stone or Simmonds. 1 year with a NMC and performance bonuses should satisfy both parties - jcragcrumple

strange new teams forming here, fun stuff...
I'm just not sentimental here. Pommer is riding shotgun on that line and I really don't see a guy with a lot left. I don't even consider making a multiyear mistake.
Maybe a little bit of a test for his friend JB, but I have faith in him making these calls.

Sam wont start playing until January. Imagine how good we will be then.
I think we should make play for sprong, he has a really good risk/reward ratio.
Imagine: Skinner - Eichel - Sprong - Shadman306
Sooo we are supposed to break up the NHL's top scoring line now???? WOW just WOW |

I'd shake up the bottom 9
Berglund-E-Rod-Reinhart
Sheary-Casey-Okposo
Malone-Dirty Pod Racer, Girgens
time for thompson to go back to rochester
I have seen enough of Larsson and Elie brings nothing to the team |

Idk what his priorities are, but if the Sabres offer 1 year, and Calgary or AZ or Detroit offer 2, is really worth uprooting his life for an extra year? Especially considering his career earnings

fwiw it's jeff and jack making the difference
pommer has been great at tapping them in, but there are a hundred other players in the league that can be positionally solid and crash the net.
keeping skinner and eichel together is what matters on that line for the most part |

Without looking, there is one Sabre who hasn't yet registered a "giveaway" yet this season, who is it? |

You also realize he played with the gm, who is his friend.
Also , traded for pommer.
I'm saying what I think jbotts is going to do.
2 x 7-7.5.
That's a big paycut. - Boss34

TIL: 2 years is a MULTI-YEAR DEAL that will CASH STRAP THE SERBERS if PRAMMINVILL is signed for anything more than 1 year
Realistically, his BFF is the GM, he's a great veteran presence in the locker-room and while I never liked him as a captain, I always liked him as a player. He's valuable to this team going forward, and at a .5 ppg clip, I really don't see why everyone is all up in arms over this.
All this talk about Eichel's Kunitz and here he is. And I'm also tired of this "Well, last year he started off strong" crap... THEY FINISHED LAST PLACE and were absolutely terrible all year under a rookie head coach.
Going forward, if this team is what it currently is (a 6th seed in the playoffs), Pominville is a player you want, especially come playoff time.
All this fuss over nothing while Larsson continues to be on this team. |

It's Sobotka aka dirty pod racer. Most giveaways goes to Scandella with 14 and he only has 2 "takeaways" |

This board-
July, 2017: "wow, we got Scandella for spare parts! Pominville is old and overpaid, but whatever"
Nov. 2018: "wow, Scandella sucks. We should extend Pommer!"
That trade has completely surprised me |

Glad you're not the coach. yeah last year we heard all about how it's so easy to find wingers that score 20 goals too... Still wondering why we don't have 8 of them if it's soooo easy.... |

There were a few of us that liked the addition of Pommer especially with the subtraction of Ennis (who I wanted gone for a long time) |
