I love that damn movie. The Buttercup scene will always have me in tears no matter how many times I see it.

Hahaha!! Haven't watched that in years. Too afraid to tarnish the memory. #ironic

Pionk has a little Brian Leetch in him, like it

I'd like to see Chytil in between Kreider and Buch

I like that Quinn has shown a penchant for accountability but why is Staal exempt?

I don't see what his sexual orientation has to do with anything

It has to be his exquisite PK skills. Literally can't think of another reason.

Maybe it's just a realization that he is what he is, and sitting him is not going to make him any better. If that's the case, it call comes down to whether the coach things he is one of the best six defensive options.

A little off topic, but did anybody see last night Kevin Weekes and Ryan Whitney go nuts in the NHL studios when Pionk scored? It was good.

Is that for me or for the coaches if that (facetious) theory is correct?

Yeah but Smith was so bad that Rangers didn't care. They actually sent him down. Now I know that specific scenario is impossible with Staal. But having him in street clothes isn't.

Well maybe they like other things with Staal. I honestly don't know, but I think PeteV is probably closest to why Staal stays in the lineup. I think its contract, being a vet, and maybe he is a real good leader in the locker room.

I didn't think he would ever be sat. I get why people would want him to. And lets not start sucking each others Richards over 1 game.
