I was replying to Steamers comment, but you jump on a lot of the time because that's what you do.

Still changes nothing about your original post about the Devils having more HDSC than the Pens & that not being 'sufficient'.

Hint : It's not the quantity, it's the quality! If the Pens aren't converting those chances it doesn't matter - but I doubt you even though that about that!

I jump in because I’m in agreement. If you can’t handle multiple people diagreeing, stop posting garbage.

But that last season collapse where they missed and this year's lackluster start prob did him in.

You jump in on anything & everything no matter how stupid you look.

Baaaa baaaaa.

I don't mean to embarrass you about you quoting these Hdsc without actually looking into the information. But hey, that's how you roll. You know about them now. You're welcome.

No idea what happened here but this is my response to the Pensburgh article on the new lines.

I like that Hornqvist is the talker. Takes a little off the other guys and shows he is a leader. This team is split among the very serious (Sid, Letang) and the characters (Geno, Kessel). Hornqvist is one of the few that seems like he belongs in both categories.

Sid's back is going to get heavy.

I think Simon has looked good on Sid's wing. Jake has been the disappointment IMO.
Rust on Sid's wing is something I've never liked. Sheahan will need to wake up to get something outa that line.

I'm talking & always have been talking about converting their chances. You chose to ignore that in an attempt to discredit what I said. What was the term you used, I can't remember.....?

Changes zero, the Pens aren't converting these cherished HDSC dikosaur & Boyd always chirp on about as well as nearly EVERY OTHER NHL TEAM! As I said, they probably didn't even look into the stat (HDSC is a stat isn't it), just quoted what others have said!

Kinda awkward how they have the 9th best 5v5 High Danger Shooting Percentage

This is just my opinion, but Simon will eventually fizzle out on the 1st line. He'll have a few nice shifts/games before finding his level back as a 3rd/4th liner. I don't like that 1st line at all. Neither Rust or Simon are finishers and neither will open up space for Crosby.

This kind of bothers me... The line that absolutely carried the Penguins in the playoffs was Guentz, Sid and Hornie and for some strange reason Sullivan broke that up and inserted Simon resulting in killing that line too. Man, Crosby must sure hate Hornqvist.

Lines go stale. It happens. I don't really see why we'd be upset at a move that's actually sparked production from a line. When Simon fizzles out like you say he will, then we can make the switch back to Hornqvist on that top unit.

So lots of events?

Has nothing to do with converting HD shots into actual goals. Actual goals is what wins games. Shoot as many a season you want. More shots = more goals right.

That PDO linked is for all shots 5v5.

I can honestly say all aspects of the Pens play is sucking canal water at this point. Last night their PK was horrible. Defensively this team plays like they are in a coma.

So rather than try to deal with the obvious white elephant in the room Team Defense and JMfJ wig is a disgrace we give Derek Grant the scarlet letter?!? I think this is HCMS’ “Bylsma moment”...he’s missing the point entirely.

Wait. Do you think that HDCF% is the conversion rate in high danger shots? Jesus Christ.

This is what you do. You make an ass of yourself then deflect from that & try & create a new subject. You're a wienerhead! The link showed you your numbers. Write what you like to try & work around it.

But mummy, that boy said something that showed me to be a fool. Mummy, maaaaarrmmmmmieeeeeeee.
