He does read really well. Quoting other people's data is also a strength. Comprehension of other things not do much.
Comment of the day though my Deutcher friend. - Aussiepenguin
LMAO you (frank)s are hysterical. You can't even stay on topic. |

But... he’s not wrong. It’s not like he said anything that isn’t accurate. - j.boyd919
Well obviously Geno will not continue 17SP% or 2pts/game.
I was just pointing out that Geno's success is just barely luck, as what was more or less implied in pointing out to the currently high SP%/SPSV%.
But now lets look forward to the game... |

And all i replied to you is that Geno delivers near this pace (1.20ppg!) for 794 NHL games now - due times of really low scoring... a half league above Fedorov, a league above Dats and two above Z - and even above Yzerman when you adjust to 90ies-scoring. All i can see in all your posts is that you envy that DRW can't offer anywhere near that "luck" for two decades now. |

Nah. Attempting to prove anything to you is nothing but a waste of time because of your pointless gibberish. Arguing in circles without real opinions is your game and I don’t really feel like playing it. It’s retarded. - j.boyd919
No my comments are factual. It's the analytics you sweat by that are flawed.
Again as it was brought up earlier by Steamer, how does analytics PDO show the difference in player quality & shot quality?
Na na, ha ha ha ha - that's pretty catchy that tune. |

Its the sum of SP% and SV% (also called SPSV%)... simply said PDO above 102 implies team outperforms themselves ("are lucky") and below 98 reverse. |

Gotcha, so the perception is a team with high PDO is overachieving and will come back down to earth.
Thanks |

Yes, a PDO of 100 is the "swinging point" in that theory.

Here's your chance to impress.
Give me an example of a shot recorded by a player & tell me how effective that shot was. Then compare 2 different players & tell me which players shot was better.
You can probably guess what my next comment will be.
Well punk........go ahead..... make my day!

The best part about it is... analytics are nothing but numbers. They are literally factual events they happened in the game. Do analytics “say” anything? No. No they don’t. They’re numbers that individuals use to determine their opinion on said player. Numbers themselves don’t say “this player is good” or “this player is bad.” But dude is too dense to really understand anything. (frank)ing idiot. |

So players score .55 of a goal? When does that happen? |
