I didnt recall anything more than an avatar bet. Which i paid up. Gaunce was gifted a goal by toews, i refuse to let this be anything more than a lucky bounce for a player who wouldnt see NHL action if it wasnt for a plethora of NHL calibre injuries. #gauncestillsucks.

I just never thought of the Hawks as good as those early 90's Penguins teams or the dominant Avs teams. Not so much on a personal note, for him, as a team and team captain.

Goldy looks to be settling in more & more. He keeps working at it & we get more depth with the young guns. The kid has to keep pushing & improving & not ease up.

I’ve also said many times Tallon was the main architect behind it all. The Hawks were big door mats for a long time til he assembled them.
