The problem with Weal is that he's got all the fancies in the world that indicate he's playing well, which when watching him you can see. He's getting chances for both him and his teammates but the chances are not being converted.

I think Weal with another gifted offensive player would result in more finished opportunities.

I felt like the Flyers played a good game for the most part but here is my fear about the road trip and the first game back at home.

Within our next this road and and first home game, we play bad teams outside of San Jose. We should go 4-1. I fear this will save Hakstol’s job. These would be fake victories. Only the kind that would do this team damage down the road by staying the course. Hakstol has been the same guy since he’s been here and his system isn’t working.

He needs to be better like most of the Flyers need to be better. The stick infractions are easily fixable (or should be). It is frustrating because he is getting chances that could be finished, but I will take that over the coach's alternative
