We both know that Eichel is more of a playmaker. I wish he was more selfish and shot the puck more cause his shot is very good. I wasn't disagreeing with you when you said Matthews is the better player. But its not like comparing Brady to Dalton thats forsure.

I think risto has taken a pretty significant step back this year.

Harrington seems like a miserable person.

I was excited late into the third period watching a Sabres game.

We are 6-2-1.

Even with tonight’s lack of effort, this game was still more entertaining than 3/4 of the game last year.

I think the problem is that we have seen how talented he is and what he can do when he goes at 100%.

Something is off this year and his demotion is confirmation of it.

Matthews 16 points in 11 games
Eichel 11 points in 11 games.

Matthews has started to get the PP time this year and has made teams pay. The only way Buffalo scores is if Eichel gets a primary assist or scores. Marner is the next Patrick Kane, JT is JT, Nylander if he comes back is every bit of the player Skinner is i f not more. The leafs are better coached and have the d-men to get the puck up the ice and have a faster team.

I think what we have seen is a guy who can make a great pass once every 3-4 games but creates absolutely 0 offense on his own.

They drafted a guy 2nd overall that can’t even be a threat on a 3rd line to create match up problems.
