These guys are really good.

It’s amazing how many failed clears this team commits per game. People also complain about Hakstal and him not having any creativity, stifle any creativity among the players. I would say a major problem with this team is that they never make the simple play. They are always trying to do something tricky. It bites them in the ass every time.

I agree about the failed clears. It's been a problem for a while now. They just never seem to be able to clank it off the glass or boards for a clear. Always looking for a pass I expect but can't do that.

That's about where I am headed with this franchise right now.

Lindblom made the right read on the play, made the right decision to support the puck in the defensive zone, and (frank)ing whiffed.

Even when they think right, they can't do right. Maddening.

They do seem to create a lot of their own problems....the game isn’t as difficult as they make it.
