Its not really that, its that the Flyers have used the fourth line the last few years with guys who have no real future on this team - instead of maybe putting some kids there.

I think that's been the issue for me anyway. Good for them though, Lehtera is playing for his NHL career.

It's really quite simple. The level of push back in the second period will tell us everything we need to know. Provorov threw a big hit that should rev up the team. If they don't come out and show some real urgency that carries through the rest of the game, then the writing is on the wall. I was thinking that the Hakstol has the next 5-10 games to get this straightened out but if they show no sign in the second, then waiting won't serve any purpose. If they don't come out firing then they're a dead team and there is only one thing to do.

He looks like Weise from the last couple seasons.

I know that 3C spot is a hole, but Simmonds could really help that line if he did something other than glare at players, or be the 3rd man in.

Boner! I suggested splitting G and Coots, which the two of which have played apart their whole cereers up until last season. You scoffed at the idea and suggested Lehtera should be number one center. So yes, you’re a dumb person.

I do think its possible we see Hextall trade Jake before we see any coaching change.
