I think they should focus on taking the crowd out of the game early. They know Winnipeg is going to come at them hard early on, in their own building. They just need to withstand the initial push. - Aetherial
Winnipeg's a good squad. They know that 2 points in October counts the same as 2 points in April.
But Andersen gives them the chance to win every night. They need to play strong in front of him.

Do you mean clear the front of the net and cut down on second chance opportunities, or do you mean make sure they pick up the trailer when defending against the rush, or do you mean take away the pass on odd-man rushes?

I was hearing/reading yesterday that is gonna be a 6 yr deal for $40M. Not sure how true it is, but that would be reasonable.
