If Sprongs shot was truly that elite than those 3 assists would be goals and he would have forced himself into a try in the top six.
He has a quick release but he isnt deceptive with it and it isnt powerful enough to overpower an NHL goalie. Sprong should be (and probably is Im not buying any bad attitude crap from the media on any player) learning all he can from Cullen who is able to play at 42! All while getting front row seats to the nightly show that is Crosby, Malkin and Kessel.

One of the toughest thing for shooters coming into the NHL is finding the space in those areas to get shots off. It's half the reason Zadina is in the AHL right now.
