Meh, it’s just white noise at this point. I am slightly intrigued as to why the mods haven’t stepped in more after these years - for the reasons you say.

Then it's vegetable beef soup. It's all about the team.
Enjoy! |

Well, on the Rangers board, it's common practice to gloat about a young man dying in an automobile accident, so I don't think being pompous is going to get anyone banned. |

I know you somehow blame them that the random lottery didnt work out as number 1 overall.

I didn't say he was a problem. But 4th line production has been an issue now
for years. And nothing has been done to improve the situation.
Having slugs like Weise and Lehtera as fixtures in your lineup, is absurd.
These guys are dinosaurs in today's NHL. What other teams would have
these guys in their lineup? - PLindbergh31
Ok now this I'm in complete agreement with. |

Can you imagine the Flyerbuzz rage that would have happened if they didnt take Patrick? |

I believe middelsta twill be a an absolute beast. No issue with Patrick though wonder what else they could have acquired to trade down 3 or 4 spots. |

Not sure you can call either a bust yet given that its year 2 of their NHL careers.
Unless its a joke then both have big busts!

Ah, but Dive Hotsteak has Vorobyev- skill, speed, and playmaking ability- scratched because he isn't safe and heavy enough. |

Ron Hextall says Michal Neuvirth may play tomorrow for #LVPhantoms. He’s ready to play.

How many teams do you think so far this year have gotten zero goals from
their 4th line? - PLindbergh31
Im sure Many. I just looked up Toronto and they have a whopping 1 goal from their 4th line, Pittsburgh has 1, Winnipeg has 1. So out of 3 of the top offensive teams in the league they got 1 goal from their 4th line. Im not dedicated enough to spend my work day on all 31 teams |

Knowing the Flyers luck...Neuvirth gets back on the roster, gets back to back shutouts then hurts himself getting a drink of water. |

Addition to my earlier post- 1st goal on Coots. Elliott's save that put him out of position was too difficult to control the rebound. Coots needed to be on his man to keep puck out of open net.
I was thinking that Elliott should have controlled the rebound and covered it as he was out of position and forwards were running around a little. This was on Coots.
Remember when Coots had that knee injury? It didn't magically heal in 3 weeks. He looks just as slow as Lehtera.

The knee injury happened on August 10th.

For example, Sonny Milano is a 4th liner in Columbus.
Now if you ask me if I'd prefer NAK to replace Weise on the 4th line, or for the Flyers to have a halfway decent penalty kill for the first time since 2014, I'd take the latter. But if the season is already doomed to failure by Hextall being too gutless to cut Lappy loose, you may as well start a youth movement and see what the prospects in the tier below Provy, Konency, Patrick and Lindblom can do. |

The single biggest mistake that has been made to this point is not addressing 3C. Vorobyev is not ready for that right now. Maybe he will be later this season as he acclimates. - MJL
The PK is 30th in a 31 team league.
I think that's a bigger issue. |
