I'd tend to disagree, but even if it is, our D isn't actually all that deep on the left side. Why trade a legit first pairing LHD with nobody else even close to replacing him? And Leivo is a definite downgrade from Ferland.

Can this ongoing saga with nylander negatively affect dressing room I mean Willy has friends and media redderick etc does it get players off their game 16+34 wondering pondering their own financial future and or loss of Willy if he gets moved creating sadness or a loss for 34 as they clicked great together?

How does having scouts from other teams at Leafs games matter at all. Nylander isn’t there to be scouted.
How about letting us know if multiple LEAF scouts are at other games scouting potential trade targets. That would be more interesting news.
