I think Girard was high on their list. Would've helped with the D prospect pool.
- BashCH

Yeah he was pretty high on Timmins’ list. To be fair i would have picked him ahead of Debrincat (from Habs’ perspective). He should have been included in the Subban deal...

Good pace for the boys again tonight.

What a difference a year make ... they are actually entertaining to watch again.

PS: Anyone missing Patch's pouty face yet?

Indeed ...

[Rhetorical Question]
Anyone care to explain why we're paying a goalie $10 millions?
[/Rhetorical Question]

In other news, Domi is quite an improvement over Chucky ... love his speed and effort.

I knew Domi would be good, but not that good... It's still early, but it's sure looking like a great trade for MB on this one

Domi is hands down thebest player out of the 2. probably less spectacular but he makes his line better and he pushes hard

I missed the first goal.

Did they show his old man on the couch at home after he scored?

Galchenyuk is a great stick handler but he lacks the speed to get around opposing D's like he did in junior ... and I won't even speak about his defensive liabilities.

Domi, Drouin, Tatar and Byron ... that kind of speed is giving other's teams a lot of problems.

On D, Reilly is the find of the year IMO.

Yep, the Sabres have controlled the play in the second period.

The boys need to start skating again.
