In my book we probably lost a good prospect there, take Romanov with your 3r round pick if you are afraid he won’t be there in the 4th round

How foolish would you look if the guy you think he is the best available at #38, pass on him because of some other organization's list, and he ends up getting picked before you can take him later on?

It just takes one other team that likes him alot for us to lose him.

To me it’s like taking Debrincat in your 2nd round fantasy pool : "ya but he going to be good" ( lets say 8 guys in total picking 20 players each)...perhaps, but he would have been there in the 8th round and probably later on.

Anyway lets agree to disagree, I understand your point, but I'm a gambler ;-) I believe that's how you can end up with more good young player.

They've done plenty of mistakes, but in this case I think they may have found that "hidden gem" so many teams end up drafting (Think Parayko for the Blues that no one had on their radar).

Time will tell.
