So, I'd like to Trust the Process, I would.
But, I don't believe The Process was ever clearly defined.
Without definition, how are we expected to Trust it.
Was it to tank?...cause it sure looks like it to me.
How any professional organization can fail to have a Plan B, especially when Plan A was half-baked at best, is completely beyond me.
They fully dismantled their plan going into the season, and then doubled-down on a high-risk bet.
I know they will survive this year, but Kimmie best deliver an altimatum for next season.

I think McDermott knows defense, and I think he has the persona to be a HC. I think he's clueless about offense, and the special teams coordinator will be fired. I also think switching HCs every 2-3 years is a horrible way to operate. That said, if they're wrong about Allen, next year they're out

There was quite an uproar when news was leaked about the reason.
It could help Peterman and Anderson.
