He will be called up within the next few weeks, when they send Loui down.

Sharks may need a fourth line upgrade

Kevin Kurz of The Athletic: (mailbag) Asked if the San Jose Sharks will look to trade for some depth at center or if Antti Suomela and Barclay Goodrow have done enough. For now thinks Suomela has looked okay, but it is his first year on the league. The Sharks may need to upgrade their fourth line though.

Van will have lots of extra at the TDL available. Quality stuff too.

Cull said he had a really good game yesterday . He sparked the team into almost coming back

Saw Dahlen's goal yesterday and I immediately thought that he should play the Bumper position (I think it's called) on the PP. Where Baertschi is playing right now. He's got a better release and eye for being in the right spot.

Dahlen has not done a whole lot yet , he is just just finding his game. I think he needs a year in Utica. He will be better than Sven but no hurry

No rush no. Just something I had noticed. I think he's got to start shooting a bit more.

Yeah, he's got kind of a different way of moving around the ice. I remember in the pre season when he pivoted oddly and wondered if it would make it easier for defenders to just knock him over when he did it.

Mark Stone is slow btw

Good! I rag on the kid, but I love the idea of a Holmstrom type guy on our team if he works on his skating.

I don't get the joke... Mark Stone is a average skater at best. Arguably the best defensive stick in the NHL though, unreal hand-eye.

what's the over/under the first Bruin shot is a goal or a save, in Marky we tank

Probably great odds. The likelihood of scoring on the first shot for any team is very, very high.

You asked about the odds about Boston's first shot going in is. Over/under (which makes no sense in the context of that type of bet by the way). You'd get great odds is what I said. So... yeah. It makes sense, in fact probably did not warrant explanation, but there you go

I have barely slept in two days and I understand this. Jonathan Dahlen needs to get faster per Vantel. I said "Mark Stone is slow" meaning you don't have to have blazing speed to do well in the NHL. Vantel laughed at it. Why couldn't you?
