No it isn't, Housley is in way over his head and Bylsma was a " my way or else" coach. Listen to Barnaby today, he said with Nolan they played hard for 60 minutes every night no matter what for Nolan. Nolan demanded it, having Hasek helped also. Look at the bench now, it looks like the arena sounds on a home game, a morgue.

I disagree. He's looks better than:

Pominville, Okposo, Skinner, Sobotka, Berglund, Girgensons, Larsson, Elie.

That's 8 of our top 12. And he looks just as good or bad as:

Mittestadt, Eichel, Reinhart.

He has not looked better than:

Sheary, Rodriguez.

Dude....i just said Housley is in way over his head... and I was never a fan of Bylsma... and it's sounded like a morgue In that arena for a long time now. Its sad. Barnaby is a nobody who misses the spotlight.

Does that really trickle down to personnel decisions though?

The thing is we'll never know. Will it be natural progression, he didn't play, so maybe he would've slowly gotten there in those 3 or 4 games, does the OC become more in tune with his strengths and weaknesses? Does the OC become better himself in playcalling? Do the WRs try harder to get open? Do they drop less balls?

Ideally I'd like Allen to be sitting right next to Dabol in the box throughout his injury to see how he calls the game, so he sees defenses from a better angle.
