Toronto media has anointed him as the 2nd coming of Bobby Orr

That's just how Toronto is. Big spotlight, lots of attention, and of course, the Toronto media doing what they do best. Exaggerate.

I honestly wouldn't even be surprised to see Nylander traded. He's acting like a major female genitalia right now. Not to mention Kapanen has been able to come in and show that he belongs.

Trade Nylander for a young top 4 with a high ceiling (may possibly end up as a top 2) or a #3 and you could honestly say that their team got that much better in terms of balance.

Maybe Nashville and Anaheim might be interested?

Nylander wants to be paid fair market value and Dubas wants him to sign a team friendly deal. Nylander has every right to hold out for what he feels he's worth.

They had a graphic about starting Goalies who missed significant time that had an impact on their team and for good measure they added in Fredrick Anderson for missing one game..... one (frank)ing game.

You said they were too good on offense to stop... I think they have a solid offense but way too many holes to be successful.
- Reveen.

What do u mean successful?

To the oilers success would be making the playoffs. So under that metric, the leafs are pretty much a lock. They’re essentially what the Oiler should be had they not dealt Hall

Or win a cup? I don’t really buy that metric cause as I said, so many really really good squads haven’t won. So much luck.

Haven they given themselves a chance to win tho? Yes.
And I’ll only say that for a handful of teams barring a miracle run
