Actually to ignore one issue because there are other issues is just being blind. Yes they are playing loose in front of their goaltending....but that that doesn’t account for all the softies the Flyer goalies let in every (frank)ing night. Their save pct’s....are in the .870’s for (frank) sakes...

Especially while dragging a wind burnt Robert Hagg on his back

He was back...he just let his guy go...not sure what he was thinking on that play.

Sadly he really was a solid defensive player, great positioning and back checking. It was one of his strongest assets when he was drafted. Now he glides more than Brayden Schenn.

How about a goalie that doesn’t suck ? The inconsistency has been around this team for a decade. If any of those goalies were any good they would probably still be here ....no ?

The Flyers don't as of yet obviously have a top 10 NHL goalie who can change games on it's own. They have goaltenders who are symbiotic with their team play. Allow grade A chances galore and the Flyers are going to get scored on. The Flyers have poorly managed the puck and really created a lot of CBJ offense for them with bad decisions and poor plays. Want better goaltending, make better plays with the puck and get in on the forecheck.

The thing is one of them probably needs to go somewhere (via trade) to get that point across. Because trading Schenn apparently wasn't enough already.

I'm honestly getting very close to point of being ok with them dealing Simmonds and Jake. I can't take another season of this, and while I'm not a huge Hak fan, I'm not putting it all on him. This has been an issue before he ever got here. G, I'm still holding onto because there just isn't much elite LW talent in the league.

That's the kind of play that gets Weal some tasty popcorn next game
