That's the thing, the team is awesome without him. It puts Dubas into the position of power, the spot Nylander held before the start of the season.

This is all on Dubas. Dubas should have signed him as soon as he had the chance, while simultaneously getting him to take a team friendly contract. Dubas is obviously being way too soft while also being way too rigid, and subsequently not getting the job done.
