Overall hard to knock the effort of this team so far. One real bad game with a few bad moments here and there. I like the effort Vesey is giving most shifts but he can't be on the pp. I don't think he's every going to be a scorer but a real good 3rd/4th liner. Good test tonight seeing how the keep up with the Caps. Don't expect a win but hard work to keep it close . |

Again, I was thinking of a different play. My bad.
My point was more toward how Staal is under everyone's microscope and any error he makes gets made out to be the world's biggest problem. Much like it was for Girardi previously.
(note: this is the last I have to say on it. This topic doesn't need any more time devoted to it.) - Tonybere
We're going to need Dundee to chime in on this topic before it can be officially laid to rest |

great effort, they've been in every game
all 4 losses they've been in a position to pull the goalie to try and tie
there is just a lack of skill |

I didn't understand on that powerplay in OT they put Hayes in front to stand in front of the goalie. That is so not his game, and would have been perfect spot for Kreider - TPC
Yeah they had Zuke and Hayes, one of them should have been out and Kreider in |

Not trying to be an bumhole (sometimes I don't NEED to try), but is there some connection that makes that news worthy? |

This is so dumb...yea cause they know how every game will play out. If you want to do it on current standings fine but that projected standings is dumb |

Well, yes, thank you for noticing.
Actually was laughing at your post and asking a serious question without realizing the correlation between my question and your comment.
A stint in the minors might light a fire under Buch, hence the waivers query. |
