In all fairness 6 - 6.5 isnt a team friendly deal. Its what hes worth in relationship to the points hes put up in his first 3 years. 60pt players arent worth 8 million.

Yeah, so did I. To be fair, he really looked like a guy going nowhere. His effort is starting to catch up with his skill though.

his age 19/20 Seasons with the Marlies were good indicators that he would produce in the NHL if given an opportunity. Point a game players at that age usually turn out decent.

Nylander is still much better though.

Had to jump in so I could be on record saying the same thing
Only comparison I saw between him and Ennis was that they fall down a lot. But Kap has been a lot stronger on his feet this year than the last few. He's doing a lot better in all aspects than I expected so far and am happy to be proven wrong.
I still think Sparks sucks but he, too, can change my mind. Yesterday was a good start.
