I don't smoke. I am more into the powder stuff.

By experience I meant the game, the traveling and the food etc. Better than watching the game in your crawlspace.

I'm going to visit Schwein in the tundra. Already been to Montreal

So you are going to spend probably over a grand to go smoke a joint. Seems like a wise investment
- mdw7413

No, I'd be going to watch a hockey game in a hockey-crazed city that has awesome strip clubs and legal pot. I don't smoke enough to justify going JUST for that.

I'd also like to hereby claim the rights to all "Chief and Chong" jokes, before anyone else thinks of that.

He's dead.

I actually have not tried it, but I'm interested.

I haven't tried any of the recreational stuff. Don't know why.

it's quite early in his career, but it sure seems like Brady Tkachuk got a bad rap going into the draft last June and it was without merit.

he looks good

Full nude up there?
- JRR1285

Yes, full nude up here. And the rules about touching don't seem to apply when they ladies are on stage with each other!!
I haven't been in one for close to a decade, but we have one club in town here that is renowned. And Ontario clubs don't hold a candle to Montreal's!
Fantastic city to visit. I haven't seen a game there, but I've been up there for the International Jazz Festival a couple times and I HIGHLY recommend it. Pun intended.

Dude roots for Ottawa and that makes him upset. Wonder how he handled the Karlsson trade?

No, but it's only been 6 games. I won't say he's gonna be great the same way I wouldn't have said "see I was right" if he scored zero points in those 6 games. It's way to small of a sample to judge, either way. He's certainly come flying out of the gate though, no denying that.

Pronman from The Athletic did a write-up on one prospect from each organization. No clue if any of you subscribe, but in case you're all cheapskates:

NEW YORK RANGERS: Nils Lundkvist, D, Lulea-SHL

I’ve watched a game of Lundkvist in the SHL this season and he’s looked fine, but unspectacular to me. That’s his game, though; he’s not a very flashy player and tends to get his value from being efficient with his feet and vision. He’s not getting a ton of minutes, but from what I saw, he was the quarterback on Lulea’s top PP unit and is getting chances to produce offense.

One other Rangers tidbit I want to add is about their top prospect Vitali Kravtsov. His KHL team Traktor, which went to the final four last season in the KHL, looked awful to start the season. Related to that, Kravtsov’s KHL deal runs through the end of the season, and this KHL season will end on Feb. 22. This opens up the possibility of Kravtsov coming to North America this season, depending if he’s traded to a KHL contender in the next few weeks.

Sheshtyorkin is 8 and 0 with 4 shutouts and has allowed 7 goals. A GAA of 0.87 and a SV PCT of 0.963. Rangers have to do everything in their power to get this kid to come over.

There's still plenty of games left for the jumbotron to shake lose and crush him into a puddle of human entrails and Leafs-print pajamas.
