I came into the season not caring about wins or losses as I expect a lot more of the latter than the former.
In this instance, I don't care they hung on for a victory. I understand what you're saying and winning is the best form of retribution.

But imo, in this case, in this season, from a young team trying to establish a new identity, physical pushback was needed.

Perhaps at the moment the attack occurred, but one guy not involved in the play bodychecking a different guy also not in the play at some point later in the game doesn't solve anything. I mean, are you suggesting a Canuck player goes out and intentionally injure a skilled Panther player?
