I saw a story reported yesterday that demko phoned benning, and requested to stay behind in vancouver instead of fly to utica, for fear of the concussion worsening. Benning told him he saw no reason to stay behind as the doctors had cleared him, now they are saying the flight has the potential of setting his recovery back months. Team doctors definitely muffed things up

My doctor told me I should give another try to the medicine that caused my pancreatitis and I told him straight out no.
