I get what you're saying. It really isn't a Hagg vs Sanheim thing for me if they're both playing. I think the reason that didn't happen last year was bs. I am not a Hagg hater, but he is limited and I think he is most valuable to the Flyers as a sacrificial lamb bound for Seattle because Sanheim's upside is much better (and Morin is better defensively). The success of that depends on how good he is playing here. I think he is playing better than last year offensively. Making better decisions in the offensive zone. I think AMac bears more blame for the mess that pairing is.

There's no doubt. MacDonald has not played well the first 4 games of the season. He doesn't look completely healthy and he's made some bad decisions.

It's still cool. This will always be home for me anyway.

Regarding Hagg, call me crazy but he's starting to grow on me. I know he makes mistakes and probably wont be all that great but the (frank)er tries. He knows he's limited but you can see him really trying to grow that offensive part of his game this year. I respect that.

He's also been saddled with Mac for far too many games of his young career. "Learning" from that turd.

Over the years that MacDonald has been here as a Flyer, young defenseman have thrived when partnered with MacDonald. Many of them have credited MacDonald for helping them acclimate to the league.

has anyone gotten NHL 19, is it worth spending the money on? i've been kinda burnt out from Destiny until the Halloween event and then the big update at the end of the month. but once that hits i'll be back on D2 consistently throughout the week.

yeah probably, i'm switching over to PC full time in January though so i may have to wait for it to port there. i'd like to find a roleplay server if possible.

also, 90% of the reviews on XBL are horrible for NHL19. dont think i'm going to drop the $60 at this point.

I was going to say what I thought of Ghost as a hockey player, but I should probably wait till he's played a full season.

apparently poke checking is completely broken and ends up being a tripping penalty 90% of the time. also seeing that puck handling is weird.

GM mode got a bit of a revamp...The scouting is cool. You can hire scouts to scout specific areas/leagues. There's also something called fog-of-war that blocks ratings of professional players, so you need to have scouts in the NHL, too.

Gameplay is a bit better. I typically play on Pro, and it's about the same. The computer finally commits stick infractions.

I think they fixed that with updates. Either I've grown accustom to it, or it was updated.

This is correct, and matchmaking wasn’t working for about a month for eashl. I think they fixed it though.

I only play nhl19. I only own one game. I literally play every night. CHEL is where it’s at.
