haha I find it funny that people are frustrated. Being frustrated in Markstrom is warranted, he is a poop goalie, and those soft goals are infuriating. Being frustrated in where the team is it? Nah. They are putting up more than 1 or 2 goals a game, Pettersson is fun to watch, and a 1-2 record isn't exactly far off from what we all predicted. Despite them being more fun to watch this year, I don't think its far from reality that they still finish bottom 3

Will be interesting to read the comments when they come back from the road trip and are 1-6

That’s always been Gagner’s game, before they signed him they knew what they were getting. 4th line ice time at 5v5, with PP specialization, which is what he provided last year. Did they expect him to all of a sudden become a speed guy? That’s why this seasons UFA signings bug me so much, because they are all labeled as speed guys, but are they really? Time will tell.

What’s the difference between a cyclone, a tornado and a typhoon?

wind speed and overall speed in which it is moving I believe. Different levels put it into different categories.

Two form over water and one over land? Is this a trick question because I'm neither a climatologist or meteorologist.

Hurricanes, cyclones and typhoons are all tropical storms. They are all the same thing but are given different names depending on where they appear.

When they reach populated areas they usually bring very strong winds and rain which can cause a lot of damage.

Hurricanes are tropical storms that form over the North Atlantic Ocean and Northeast Pacific.

Cyclones are formed over the South Pacific and Indian Ocean.

Typhoons are formed over the Northwest Pacific Ocean.

.@imacSportsnet: It's another indication we're in a new era for the Canucks. One where Sam Gagner can be waived, when a Tim Schaller who was supposed to be a big free agent signing can be scratched to start the season and an era where Michael Del Zotto can be scratched as well.

If they keep losing in regulation and EP keeps scoring then I’ll be happy

As long as the games are somewhat entertaining and the prospects look like they are progressing, I endorse the above statement

How do you know Gagner had a lazy offseason? And his preseason, while unspectacular was as good or better than others who did make the team. They signed so many guys at forward positions to create competition but did nothing on D or in goal, where there was literally no competition.

Follow him on insta and see for yourself. I followed MDZ and he looked to have a pretty busy training life in the off season.

I laughed at Schaller being a "big" free agent signing.

I think I'm down to see more of Boeser with Pettersson and Goldobin on Thursday in Tampa.

A new line combination but the same old porous defense on Tuesday in Raleigh:
