That would be funny. I wonder if it would even be allowed. |

Would rather they brought up Twarinski and put him on that third line rather than weal |

NAK is a much better NHL option right now than Twarynski. |

It's game 3, lets give Weal a shot before we just bury him in the presser or the AHL. |

It will be his 107th NHL game. There will be no surprises. |

MDZ is a healthy scratch tonight and these guys were chose over him. OUCH!

It's not like he had a horrible camp, did Misha beat him out for the 3C, yes but he played well. Weal has played good with Simmer in the past, I have no issue giving him the go here. |

I'm not a big Jordan Weal guy, either, but didn't he play last year alot with the corpse of Val Fillpula? |

Counterpoint: MDZ has so much more time to Pat Burrell his way through the Vancouver bar scene now. |

Real question, Why was the plan even made to have Folin play game 2 before season started? Is it to be fair? I dont get it. |

Doesn't matter. He's still small and easily removed from the puck. He is what we've seen he is. |

I understand the reasoning for wanting to get each of the guys a chance with regular season time, but I don't agree with doing it after a relatively strong game from the guy you swapped out. Especially when finding a steady partner for Sanheim is one of the main goals. |

Imho, Lyon has AHL value for sure while neither can be relied on for regular NHL duty. - Scoob
personally, talent wise, I am higher on Stolarz than Lyon. obviously Stolarz needs to stay healthy
I believe Murray just went down with an injury |

I can’t stand our coach. I think some of you are warming up to him but I feel like all he does is go by “hunches”, while he ignores attention to detail. Has he ever even won a coach’s challenge? |

There is zero reason to switch things up. Especially on Sanheim who is looking to remain a regular and build chemistry with a partner. |

There was nothing wrong with putting Folin in that game. Gudas wasn't lights out in Vegas and the whole game was pretty sloppy. Folin had a good camp and deserved a game. He played bad and was taken right out. End of story. There were people on this board clamoring for him to be in over Gudas to begin with. |
