If he hit him in the chest or the shoulder, that hit is perfectly fine. But he hit him in the head, he's a repeat offender and it was a (frank)ing preseason game. I hate how much softer the league is becoming but that hit was unnecessary on multiple levels.

Maybe 10% of what Nylander wants, not what he gets. 8 per is fair for long term if the Leafs think he will be more than what he is. 6.5 per for a bridge if Toronto isn't so sure about his future.
