There’s different reasons someone might want him, but the short answer, is no. Perhaps a salary cap floor team might be interested in him. A team weak at center maybe.

I am not suggesting Sutter be captain , I am suggesting letting him handle the media this year. IMO there is no need for a captain right now.

I don't see Tanev or Edler being vocal with the refs , the media or the team. I thought Gudbrandson would be a better choice than Tanev but overall it really doesn't matter.

Luongo is one of them and he’s on the books for another four years (Gillis), so really it’s only one spot, they’re better off just paying him and Eriksson to play in the AHL.
