Nah, more mental picture thing.

The team needs more back-alley toughness. Not fraternity house flip-flop toughness.

You know what I’m saying.

Matt Tkachuk is an assistant captain for the Flames Does not seem like he is assistant captain material

Maybe this is why Benning is still GM...FA going for the brother act.

Patrick Laine on Video Game/fornite ban on the road for Canucks

"well, I guess they need something to blame after last year..."

NOTE - Laine is one of the more commonly known NHL players who actively game every day.

- Codes1087

Put Laine on the Canucks & what would he blame then? Lol
He walked into a good team & doesn’t come off as very smart.

despite the video games that he plays on the daily, it sure hinders his performance for goals since he scored 36 and 44 in the last two seasons

lol that wasn't the point. I don't care if the Canucks ban fortnite on the road, or video games on the road for that matter. I also don't care what a hockey player does in their spare time on the road, as long as it doesn't hinder his performance/health. I think its just funny that the old school mentality guys are harping on these kids from doing something they enjoy in their spare time. As far as the Canucks banning it on the road, I actually see a ton of merit to it.

absolute garbage company. It was on the news the other day that they had put a program in place to actually HELP scalpers purchase tickets in masses with early access before tickets go on sale to the general public

Nothing to do with old school.
Age & old school don’t go hand in hand.
Pros are paid to perform if no gaming some of the time well so be it they’ll survive.
Video gaming can be considered anti- social by many & that in itself is not condusive to being a tight knit team.

I respect your opinion, but I don't agree with it, and I don't care enough to debate it. I don't see the harm, as I can think of 50 other worse things they could be doing on the road, but at the same time, I don't think these kids should be packing a suitcase with a console, controller, 50 (frank)ing wires and a bunch games, it seems absolutely ludicrous to me. Either way, I am not saying the self imposed rule is bad, I think its a good idea, I just don't think its as big of a deal as everyone in the media is making it out to be.

are you trying to bait me into something? I am answering you with a mature response and being civil, isn't that what meant when you replied with "we should bury the hatchet"?

Vancouver media are fuken idiots. It is their job to sell hate , fear , and panic. If they don't then they are out of work. Blame their followers for these non issues.

- SMBDragon

Envy apples are the best apple I've ever tasted. Amazing. From Washington state I believe. Hard to find but worth the purchase when you do.
