Sending Weise to the minors is the right move but I really dont see the point in writing sadistic and disrespectful stories about him. If he figures it out and comes back as the player we hoped they were signing I will he happy to root for him as a Flyer. - Baxter27
I mean, I thought it was pretty (frank)ing funny to be completely honest |

I guess you missed all the games in which he played and showed no effort whatsoever? (frank) him. I will give any player who actually tries all the support that I can give. But that piece of sh!t has the talent to be a solid bottom 6 player, but he rarely, if ever, bothers to try. He deserves all the disrespect he gets!
Again, (frank) him. - BiggE
I never saw it as a lack of effort. I think he struggled with balancing his style of play. Needing to play controlled and intense. |

I never saw a lack of efforr from Weise. More so a lack of results. Im equally frustrated with Jordan Weal who has been given even more opportunity and underwelmed.
I get its a joke but talking about a man's wife like that is offside in my opinion. That being said, offside is sort of the norm around here. - Baxter27
Lighten up man. He's not going, "Man, I hope someone murders Dale Weise and has his wife gang-raped." And if you think that's bad, please for the sake of your mind, stay out of the Rangers' thread. |

I think Raffl's a valuable bottom-6 forward, as long as he's willing to be paid like one.
- jmatchett383
I don't disagree but unless he's willing to sign a one year deal for 19-20, I'd pass. I just think that they are very close to having younger, faster, cheaper and better options.
- BiggE
I could see a scenario where Laczynski, Allison and Farabee all turn pro next year if they have big college seasons. And all play a pro type of game already and I could see Laczynski and possibly Allison in bottom 6 roles. - J35Bacher
Yup, I'm with ya. It's why I'd probably pass on him unless he's willing to sign a one year deal for 1 million or less.

Yes, because we all know that our AHL players and prospects that we plan on taking his spot will make a seamless transition to playing 82 games of NHL hockey by the beginning of next year. |

Allentown has become one dangerous place. They have car bombs now! (not talking about Dan Carcillo either)

Didn't know one of the people was a two year old. I wish there was a big enough punishment for people who hurt kids. |

Slightly old news.
This part is extra disturbing: We have a high degree of confidence that the perpetrator was probably killed in the incident. |

No. But we also have to filter in some cheaper end young guys because you will be paying a high price for Provorov. If they do resign Simmonds money will be needed. Plus they are finally in a nice cap situation so this is where they might not need to overpay for a Raffl type. Isn't the idea to try and avoid Weise type deals now with prospect depth |

Yes, which is why I said to sign him to a short term (2 years or less) bottom-6 type of deal. If he wants to go long-term or want top-9 money, thanks for the memories.
Basically, he's a reliable 4th liner who would be a great spare forward that acts as a safety blanket if some of the young guns struggle. |

Coincidence? I think not.
