Zucc - traded mid season
Shattenkirk - Finishes top 10 in the league among D men in points
Howden - Plays with the Rangers all Year
Chytill - Finishes 6th in Calder voting
Lias - Gets called up early December
Skjei - averages over 25 mins a game
Spooner - Leads the Rangers with points
Nam - Everyone will still hate him all year on this blog
Rangers - grab the 2nd wildcard spot - TPC

They definitely dug themselves a nice hole though. 150% worth it to win 3 Cups in twice as many seasons, but they're going to be in the basement for awhile because of it. |

For sure. I'm surprised at some teams like the Penguins for example being able to remain competitive and not pay an insane crippling amount to their top players. Malkin and Crosby look like bargains to me compared to some of the others around the league. 8.7 and 9.5 cap hits respectively for what they do? Yes please. |
