Forget the name of their flagship wine, on a KJ junket back in the day we drank Sonoma Mtn Cab at the top of Sonoma Mtn amongst the vines. Good times.

I lost 25 pounds since last fall. Cut 75% of the carb intake out of my diet. Been hitting the weights and just started on the heavy bag. I wasn't satisfied with just rehabbing my shoulder so I could fish... and people have been giving me the kind of motivation I need. I'm pretty sure I'm knocking someone out in the Bulkley Valley this month.... two years too late.

Thinking of doing some sparring. Been 20 years lol.

Good for you on the weight loss thing. Hockey for me is starting and I'm on a different diet for the fall...gotta get back to skating weight I pulled a bit of a Virtanen this summer lol but once I start skating and getting the workouts all will be good.

Bout ten years ago I got back into the boxing club here for a spell and started sparring a bit. A wake up call nonetheless. One of my ex-employees used to box in the pro ranks in Columbia. He used to teach at the club and after a bit I decided sparring with him was a good idea...not so much lol. Pretty sure I loosened a chiclet or two even with the headgear on. I'd spar with you but by the sounds of it I'd be losing chiclets lol. All I'm saying is be careful who you spar with

You can’t really go wrong. They make Cali’s best Zinfandel, lighter but structured Cab Sauvs, and some super interesting Pinot Noirs from the Los Carneros and Russian River Valley regions. They also do some interesting things with Italian varieties.

I'm pretty sure you'd fight someone like me armed with a restraining order... or at least if you knew what was good for you.
