Ive been trying to watch him closely tonight. He seems to always be in the right position to score but he tends to coast and glide a ton. Hes always weak on the boards when protecting/fetching the puck, but its clear he knows where to be in the offensive zone

the new poster boy , coming off 2 injuries and facing the sophmore slump year ahead , just saying its alot of pressure for such a young player.
IMO the twins retired 1 year too early , if they were front and centre there would be way less pressure on Pettersson,Boeser and the rest

If he goes the first 10 regular season games without a goal, ill start to worry about the slump, but i dont see green, giving one of his only offensive players, all but every opportunity to score a ton of goals all year

Don't underestimate Benning's ability to put together a beauty of a tank team, he's getting better every year. A 4 year 12 mil contract with MNTC for a guy with a concussion, that takes talent.
