Arizona will be better than the Canucks this season.

I think they are a good darkhorse candidate for playoffs.
They've added some good NHLers over the past 2 seasons and have some good young players poised to breakout.

I'm not a big Strome fan but he very well could be competing for the Calder.

Gaunce just takes a spot away in the top 6 from a guy who has a better shot into becoming an NHLer. If Gaudette is 1c in Utica, say Macewen is 2. I dont know if Cull slides Gaunce to 3c. Having said that, Carter Bancks (captain) was playing on the 4th line winger position, so maybe cull realizes potential rather than experience
