Stetcher has always been the one I’ve hated the least I guess. I think he has better hockey sense than the other 2 but he’s so small and doesn’t have the elite skill needed to make up for it.
On a bad team, I can live with him as a bottom pairing dman. - Nucker101
He is the smallest but he will go in the corners and get the puck, and will throw a hit to break up the cycle. Poulet is scared of contact and that is also a knock on Hutton. If Hutton gets pressured he will make a bad pass or just get out of the way. For some reason POuliot is allowed to blow coverage and pinch at all the wrong times and not get punished so that is why he has points. It used to be the same for hutton until he got called fat
Nolan (almost good enough) Baumgartner is one of those coaches that has the same talent level as his playing days. We might as well play the kids but I guess we all feel the same about that - who is going to defend keeping this d-core together and the strategy that they "just have to get more involved in the rush". (but don't ever get caught or you will be benched unless you are a winterhawk buddy. |

I wonder if McJesus will out score the Canucks this year. |

lol I am not sure about details. Hextall did a media release an hour ago about it, saying they will cooperate, but won't further comment. |

Do you think it’s possible, and I’m just spit balling here, that it isn’t the effort, or “compete” level that’s the problem, but the actual skill level of the players themselves. I mean, maybe Gaudette (your example) is actually trying his best, but just isn’t good enough for the NHL? - 1970vintage
skill players try to make the team showing off their skill which is their strength. the league has more skilled players than like 3 per team nowadays. it makes the guys that try to make the team the Old School Way "stand out" more because the "plays" they are making, like hits and stuff, are smaller but noticeable. A great pass, breakout, NZ carry in, etc. can go unnoticed if a goal/great chance doesn't happen shortly after. |

If Guddy had half the balls that Stecher has to mix it up then no one would be complaining about Guddy. You can't stack 2 stechers together to get Guddy physically but the midget has has more fire in him than most of the Canucks defence.
Plus he can make a play with his feet or puck skills. Something this team lacks. |

What a dummy. How much money does the kid need?
The most surprising part is that it took 23 people to smuggle 2 kilos of cocaine. No wonder the poop is so expensive. |

That's all they found. If its any kind of op then they'd probably moved/stashed most of it already. |

For a big guy, Gudbranson sucks at winning board battles.
I really do think that’s he’s basically a more vocal Andrew Alberts, they play very alike |

Looking at Gudbranson would give you certain inferences about what he can do. Watching him play is something entirely different.
He brings it like 10% of the time. The rest of the year he spends picking his nose, getting lost on the ice and waving his stick. |

That whole fortnite thing bugs me. So what? Kids would rather stay in and play games during their free time these days.
It’s just the old school guys once again trying to keep dying traditions alive. (frank)ing Luddites. |

I don't have a (frank) to give if any of the kids aren't pals with MDZ. In fact, I hope that they go overboard on the games. This year doesn't matter anyway. (frank) it. |

He mentioned that in Florida, Willie Mitchell told him to be less physical and stick check more.
If he’s gonna suck anyway then I’d rather have him knock out some of the dbag forwards in the division.

The insinuation is that every player is an extrovert who loves old school socializing habits.
Maybe just maybe some of these players are introverts who get their mental peace by playing a game with their friends or reading books or going to museums. |
