I thought they'd look at him with Bogo, but Nelson is a viable option. I have no issue with it at all. In terms of style, it works. It's easy to imagine Nelson is #2 RD and Bogo's minutes are limited to open the season.

The Canadiens also put Hunter Shinkaruk, Byron Froese, Rinat Valiev and Brett Lernout on waivers Tuesday. It looks like all five players will begin the 2018-19 season in the minors.

But seriously, look at the intensity on the sidelines and the calmness in the pocket. Give this kid an OL and a couple WR's and watch him become a star. Give him the EJ Manuel treatment for the next 3 years, and watch him become a back-up somewhere south.

In preseason, you might as well mix up any lines that aren't 100% definite like Skinner/Eichel/Reinhart.

No reason not to check the chemistry of Dahlin and Nelson.

I really enjoy watching him turn into a leader on the sidelines as well. It shows a lot.

He still has learning to do but, there isn't a doubt that he is coachable and can learn on the fly

I want the Bills to get better since I'm tired of the Pats. But Mayfield and Rosen were the 2 best QB's, Allen's accuracy just isn't good enough.
