Because he'd waste more money trying to overturn the suspension than he lost being suspended. Also because eating the suspension gets him back on the field quicker. Look at what Tom Brady went through with the NFL and he still ended up eating the suspension. The league would never overturn it anyway, it would just be a waste of time and money.
