I watched a few Marlies games. Not a lot, but a few. I simply refuse to believe this. And even if he was, thats doesnt change nor forgive his NHL atrocities.

I think the game is just a bit too fast for him in the NHL. He has just enough skill and ability to look good in the "A", but not enough to be effective in the big leagues. It's a little bit like Gardiner's affliction. I think sometimes the game is just a bit too fast for Gardiner's brain to calculate the correct response in the time he has.

They re-signed Clune too. Specifically to play in the A, would be my guess.

True enough. Just needs more seasoning. Another season in the A I think.

Seems like he could turn into a decent power forward. Can put the puck in the net pretty well in the AHL. It'd be nice if he turns into an NHL level talent.

I had Envgall to make the team in 2019/2020. I said he'd be a great 4th liner.
I also said that Sparks sucks

I think he would top out as a 3rd liner, but who knows. Was a 7th round pick, Marlies since the spring where he played really well right through the playoffs.

Can skate for a big dude, has a good shot, could be nastier, but that's why I say "modern" PF.
