Pre season games should always be the automatic. But the real suspension should be regular season games. How do you suspend someone only for meaningless games. Im only speaking on the act of suspending players. Not really into weather or not Domi deserves it or not. OR weather Ekblad got what he deserved.

A joke? In what way, that he didn't get more? I'm confused, you're not actually condoning what he did, are you? What Domi did was stupid and even he knew it right away. You could tell he felt bad immediately after, but he still has to own up to his actions. I'm surprised they didn't tack on a couple season games on top of the suspension he got. Things get chippy all the time in hockey, and I understand that he got frustrated.. but that does not justify what he did. And don't try to condone it or bawk at the league for suspending him. Domi IS a stand up guy and I'm sure he feels awful for what he did and will own it. You and all habs fans should to.

Huh? Bertuzzi should've served time for what he did. It was 100% premeditated, he said he was going to do it.

This is just run of the mill scumbaggery that deserves 5 regular season games. If he could control his temper we wouldn't be here.

Personally I think the issue is they seem to use preseason games as if they are real meaningful games. I think preseason games should be automatic part of the suspension. and the the amount of game ban should be regular season games.
